- Payments made towards tuition fees are refundable if a refund request is received within 5 days of the payment date.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing or via email to our pre school office.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- No refunds will be granted for requests received after the 5-day period, as budgets and projections for staff and resources are established based on enrollments.
